24/7 Museum Support
As a small, self-funded organization, we prioritize providing the highest level of support for our animals and community. Our dedicated team works tirelessly, often burning the midnight oil, to ensure the magic happens. Living onsite, we meet the demands of behind-the-scenes operations, striving around the clock to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all. Your support directly contributes to our ongoing commitment.
Multilingual Team
Although not everyone at TIA is multilingual, we are trying hard to change that, currently we have team members who can assist with Spanish and Portuguese, if you're in need of assistance in one of these languages please let us know and we will tell you when these team members are available for tours or classes. If they are unavailable, we will try our best with google translate and kindness to ensure you have a fulfilled and enjoyable experience.
